Most dental insurance plans have a $1000 to $2000 maximum per year, and will usually cover:
- 100% of exams, dental x-rays and cleanings
- 80% of fillings, root canals, deep cleanings and oral surgery
- 50% of crowns, dentures, bridges and inlays.
